UV Master ® environmental purifier. Certified by COFEPRIS.
It is a portable ultraviolet light system to disinfect surfaces and prevent infections associated with health care with cutting-edge technology
It has been tested in prestigious hospitals and endorsed with unmatched results in the elimination of microorganisms before a Third Party Laboratory with authorization before COFEPRIS No. TA-72-16 and accreditation before the Mexican Accreditation Entity with No. A-0219-014 / 10.
It can be used as part of a cleaning and disinfection process to reduce or eliminate pathogens from environmental surfaces, present in: Hospitalization rooms, Operating Rooms, Intensive Care Units, Transplant Units. To name a few; however, its use extends to any area.
It is effective against the most common microorganisms in hospitals, with a guarantee of 99.97% reduction.
Background
A variety of viruses and bacteria including two types of coronaviruses (SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV) close to COVID-19, spore-forming organisms, have been found to be ELIMINATED by ultraviolet-C (UV-C) radiation. This is achieved from the destruction of DNA and RNA.
What is UV Master®?
The UV Master® Environmental Purifier safely DISINFECTS virtually any environment, including patient rooms, intensive care units, operating rooms, emergency rooms, and public areas. It is an EFFECTIVE, ecological and chemical-free way to eradicate dangerous microorganisms in any environment, but especially in hospitals that contain drug-resistant bacteria.
How does UVC light work?
The high energy of short wavelength UVC light is absorbed into cellular RNA and DNA, damaging RNA nucleic acids and preventing microorganisms from becoming infected and reproducing. The absorption of UV energy forms new bonds between nucleotides, creating double bonds or “dimers” in the thymines of bacteria and viruses, this formation prevents replication and their infectivity.
What microorganisms does it eradicate?
UV Master® eradicates: Among other microorganisms, hospital bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosas, Acinetobacter baumannii, Escherichia coli), viruses (Influenza, Hepatitis, two types of coronavirus (SARS-CoV and MERS-CoV); parasites including spores, such as, Aspergillus and Clostridium difficile.
How to apply UVC technology in hospital pathogens?
UV Master® is a medical device that emits light at a wavelength of 254 nm with an amount greater than 20,000 ?W / cm2 (micro Watts per square centimeter). Disinfecting the environment by means of UVC irradiation to eliminate microorganisms. Has been shown to significantly reduce nosocomial pathogens in a healthcare setting
What safety measures do I need to handle UVC light?
ALWAYS wear gloves and glasses, if you work within two meters of the UVC source. NEVER look directly into a lighted UVC lamp WITHOUT wearing glasses.
ADVANTAGE
UV Master® avoids the transport, storage and handling of chemical substances, as well as the use of fewer personnel in disinfection.
The ultraviolet radiation emitted by the UV Master® does not produce carcinogens and is totally ECOLOGICAL because it does not produce residues.
Eliminate human error in disinfection processes and reduce costs
